We only collect data strictly necessary for the Service to function:

• Discord User ID
• Discord Guild IDs of servers where the bot is present
• Credit, subscription, and transaction data
• Anonymized usage statistics (Google Analytics with IP anonymization)
• Technical logs for Service stability

We never collect or store the content of your Discord messages.

• Providing and improving the Service (AI generation, statistics, welcome system)
• Account and subscription management
• Preventing abuse and securing the Service
• Anonymized usage analysis to improve features

• Contract performance (providing the Service)
• Legitimate interest (security and improvement of the Service)
• Consent (analytics, where applicable)

Data is retained as long as the AiGuild bot is present on your Discord server. It is deleted within 30 days of the bot being removed or your account being deleted. Transaction data is retained for 5 years in accordance with French legal obligations.

We never sell your data. Data may be shared with:

• Stripe / PayPal: for payment processing
• OVH SAS: data hosting (France, EU)
• Google Analytics: anonymized navigation statistics
• OpenAI / AI providers: generation prompt only (no personal data)
