Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AiGuild Discord bot and the website aiguild.me (the "Service"), developed and operated by Sacha ("the Publisher"). By using the Service, you unconditionally agree to these Terms.

AiGuild is an AI-powered Discord bot that automatically generates complete Discord server structures — categories, text and voice channels, roles, and permissions — from a plain-language description. The Service also includes a welcome system, invitation tracking, voice channel statistics, and announcement tools.

• You must have a valid, active Discord account.
• You must hold Administrator permissions on the target Discord server for creation commands.
• You must be at least 13 years old, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service.
• You are responsible for how you use the Service on your servers.

The Service offers a Free plan (10 credits every two weeks) and paid plans: VIP (€3.99/month or €1.79/month billed annually) and Premium (€7.99/month or €3.59/month billed annually).

Each generation via the /setup command consumes one credit. Credits are personal, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe or PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled.

• Do not use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
• Do not attempt to circumvent, hack, or modify the credit system.
• Do not automate or script the Service beyond normal human usage.
• Do not resell or redistribute access to the Service.

All elements of the Service — source code, design, AiGuild brand, logo, documentation — are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

The Service is provided "as is". The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot be held liable for outages, data loss, or changes made to your Discord server as a result of using the Service.

It is strongly recommended to test the Service on an empty Discord server before using it on an active community server.

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, without notice or refund, in cases of violation of these Terms, abusive use, or conduct harmful to the Service or its community.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
