/setup-bienvenue

Stable

Complete welcome system configuration: join/leave messages, invitation tracking and automatic rewards.

Complete welcome system

Much more than a simple welcome message. This command configures a complete system: customizable join and leave messages, invitation tracking, top inviters leaderboard, and automatic role assignment based on the number of people invited.

Step-by-step configuration

1

Type /setup-bienvenue

The bot displays an interactive menu with 3 modes: Beginner (quick), Advanced (customized) and Custom (manual).

2

Choose your mode

Beginner: pre-made templates, ready in 1 click. Advanced: customize each element. Custom: complete manual configuration.

3

Configure messages

Set the welcome message (with variables like {user}, {server}, {count}), the leave message and the target channel.

4

Enable tracking

Enable invitation tracking to know who invited who, with an automatic leaderboard.

5

Set up rewards

Automatically assign roles when a member reaches a certain number of invitations (e.g. 5 invites = @Recruiter).

Custom messages

Join and leave messages with dynamic variables: username, server name, member count, inviter.

Invitation tracking

The bot knows exactly who invited each new member and updates counters in real-time.

Role rewards

Set invitation milestones (5, 10, 25, 50...) and the roles assigned automatically.

Built-in leaderboard

A leaderboard of top inviters is available and updates automatically.

Important

The bot needs permission to manage roles and send messages in the chosen channel. Check permissions before configuring.

Tip

In Beginner mode, everything is configured in 1 click with professional templates. Switch to Advanced later if you want to customize.
